Herbert Leon Karrick, 74, of Bulpitt, passed away on Monday, July 16, 2018. Herb was born on September 1, 1943 in Springfield son of Rachael and Edward Karrick. He married Gloria Beckum on January 18, 1964.

Herb worked for Caterpillar retiring after 40 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Wayne Karrick; granddaughter, Nicole Karrick; and grandson, Antonio Davis Jr He is survived by three daughters, Sheri (Larry) Davis of Springfield, Tina (Leonard) James of Springfield and Kari (Walter) Anderson of Springfield; brother, Dennis Karrick of Chestnut; sister, Gloria (Rue) Tungate of Emden; ten grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at Ellinger-Kunz & Park Funeral Home in Springfield, with Reverend Thad Peacock officiating. Cremation will follow services. Memorial contributions may be made to the family of Herbert Leon Karrick c/o Ellinger-Kunz & Park Funeral Home.
