Obituary Herbert M. Taylor Jr., 66, residing in Margaretta Township, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at his home. Herb was born on September 29, 1952 in New Castle, PA to the late Herbert M. and Anna LaVern (Young) Taylor Sr. Herb was a 1970 graduate of Sandusky High School. After graduation, Herb served in the National Guard and worked in sales for several businesses including, Sausser’s, Weber’s Menswear and WLEC.
