Osborne, 92, of Newark, DE, formerly of Ramey and Brookville, PA, passed away Thursday, June 14, 2018 at his home.

Born on November 24, 1925 in Brookville PA, he was the son of the late Herbert A. Osborne Sr. and Viola (Humphrey) Osborne. He attended the Kiski School and Williamsport Technical Institute. Herbert worked at Humphrey Charcoal Company, then for Morten Salt, Speakman Company, and finally the University of Delaware, where he retired from in 1991.

He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Kathryn (Kohan) Osborne; a sister, Mitzi Osborne Carr; two nephews, Early Harter, Jr. and Robert Carr; three nieces Cynthia Harter DeBlanc, Rebecca Harter Bultman, and Linda Carr. Graveside Services will be held at 11 AM, Friday, June 22, 2018 at St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Ramey, PA. Rev.

Anthony Balistreri will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The American Heart Association, 5455 N. High St., Columbus, OH 43214. Condolences may be made at www.
