Herschel’s Obituary Herschel Ray Reynolds, 90 of Odum, died peacefully with family, Monday, January 28, 2019 after a long illness. The Maron, Missouri native was a resident of Odum for the past 30 years. He attended Odum United Methodist Church, was a former layperson with the Episcopal Church, a retired Major with the U. S. Air Force Reserves and also served with the U. S. Navy.

He was predeceased by his parents, Oliver Perry and Bessie Fern Reynolds and a son, Jeffrey Reynolds. Survivors are his wife of 50 years, Linda Odum Reynolds of Odum; two daughters, Connie Reynolds of Orlando, Florida, Rachel (Kyle) Autry of Odum; a son, Randy Reynolds of Brunswick; 6 grandchildren, Zach and Josh Frantz, Meghan and Kaitlyn Autry, Kelly and Leighla Sisson; brother, Perry Reynolds of Missouri; several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at a later date by the family.

Rinehart and Sons Funeral of Jesup, Ga. is in charge of arrangements.
