Mr. Hershel Hansen Waldron, age 63, of Starke, FL, passed away on January 31, 2019, at UF Health Shands, Gainesville, FL. Hershel was born on March 30, 1955, in Starke, Florida to the late Bob and Ruby Sumner Waldron. Mr. Waldron lived in Bradford County all his life and retired after 30 years with the road department.

He loved to farm, hunt and fish. He especially enjoyed growing corn whenever he could. Hershel loved people and would open his doors to everyone.

He is preceded in death by his parents. Hershel is survived by his wife, Martha Waldron; son, Marion Hershel (Caron) Waldron; daughters, Karen Ann Waldron, Hariot Crystal Waldron and Tina Marie Griffis; brothers, Hogan (Norma) Waldron and Huie (Ellen) Waldron; grandchildren, Ruby Waldron and Robert Griffis; niece, Martha Griffis also survive. A graveside services for Hershel will be held at the Sante Fe Cemetery in Hampton, FL, on Wednesday, February 6th.
