Howard H. Morgan, Jr., 90, of Cabot, formerly of Monroeville, passed away on January 16, 2019 at Concordia Lutheran Ministries. Born April 23, 1928 in Youngstown, OH, he was the son of Howard and Agnes Mary Smith Morgan He worked as a Analytical Chemist for US Steel. He was a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church in Cabot and Oliver High School Men’s group.

He enjoyed reading God’s word, gardening, family history research, singing in Concordia’s chorale. Surviving are his son, James H. (Betsy) Morgan of Pittsburgh, 2 daughters, Joanne Morgan of Wilmington, NC, Judy (Bob) Morgan-Davis of Raleigh, NC, sister, Marguerite Morgan of Pittsburgh and 2 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by wife, Edith Dufford Morgan.

Services will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2019, 10:30 am at the Lund Care Center Chapel at Concordia Lutheran Ministries 134 Marwood Road Cabot, PA. Memorial donations may be made to the Concordia Lutheran Ministries Staff Appreciation Fund 134 Marwood Road Cabot, PA 16023.
