Obituary for Howard Pressley “Press” Mabry Howard Pressley “Press” Mabry, Jr. Pawley’s Island Howard Pressley “Press” Mabry Jr., age 79, died on Thursday July 19, 2018. Born in Greenwood SC, Press was a son of the late Howard and Louise Mabry. He was a 1957 graduate of Greenwood High School and attended Georgia Tech and graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1962.

He attended Murrells Inlet Presbyterian Church where he was a member of the Choir, played chimes, and was on the Financial Committee. Press was in Real Estate for over 30 years and was currently with Heritage Real Estate. Press was also an avid golfer, and loved to read.

He is preceded in death by his sister Jane Mabry Spann. Press is survived by his wife Roberta (Bobbie) Neil Mabry; his niece Jamie Spann Amsler; his nephew Jay Spann; Brother in law Paul Neil Jr.; two special cousins Mima Tisdale Laney; and Angelle Tisdale Horton. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday July 23, 2018 at Murrells Inlet Presbyterian Church.
