Hubert Franklin “Sam” Moore, Jr. of Panama City, Florida June 23, 1942 – March 16, 2019 Mr. Hubert Franklin “Sam” Moore, Jr., 76, of Panama City, FL passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2019. He was born on June 23, 1942 in Lisenby Hospital to Hubert Franklin “Poss” Moore, Sr. and Autery Melissa Hollis-Moore. He was employed by International Paper Company, Aladdin Brush Manufacturing, Harper Corporation and Wellstream Corporation.

Mr. Moore is survived by his wife, Susan J. Jones-Moore; daughter, Susanne Claire Moore-Montague; step-sons, John Robert King and James Richard-King; along with beloved brother-in-law, James Nelson Jones and sister-in-law, Roxanne DeSentis-Jones. Mr. Moore will be laid to rest in the Moore Family Plot in Greenwood Cemetery. At his request, services will be private.
