Obituary for Mr. Hudson Patrick Hopkins Hudson Patrick Hopkins, 59, of 306 Stewart Road, Walhalla, passed away Monday, May 21, 2018, at his home. A native of Oconee County, SC, Mr. Hopkins was the son of the late Patrick Henry Hopkins and Omey Irene Barnes Hopkins. He was a cook and attended Fairview Church of God.

Mr. Hopkins is survived by his daughters: Brandy Howard (Chad Simpson) of Walhalla and Meloney Hopkins of Westminster, SC; son: Jody Hopkins of Westminster, SC; step-children: Ronald Bearden of Westminster, SC, Woody Bearden of Westminster, SC and Charlotte Sandoval of Anderson, SC; brother: Buren Hopkins of West Union, SC; thirteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Mr. Hopkins was preceded in death by his brothers: Judson Hopkins and Miles Hopkins; and two great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, May 24, 2018, at Fairview Church of God.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hudson Hopkins Memorial Fund, PO Box 571, Walhalla, SC 29691. The family is at the home.
