Obituary for Ida Jane Blakeney Ida Jane Blakeney passed away on December 28, 2018 at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel. Funeral services will be held at Bethel Baptist Church on Sunday, December 30, 2018 with visitation beginning at 2 p.m. and the service following at 3 p.m. Rev. Wayne Johnson will officiate.

Interment will be at the church cemetery. She preceded in death by her husband, Larry C. Blakeney; daughter, Judith L. Blakeney; sons-in-law, Larry Wayne Rogers and David F. Hedges; one sister and three brothers. Survivors include daughter, Mary Jo Hedges of Maryville, TN; son, Larry M. (Susan) Blakeney of Sandersville; daughter, Sheila (Donnie) Hill of Heidelberg; grandchildren, Wayne A. Rogers of Sandersville, Jennifer (Nathan) Holly of Brandon, Kelly (Casey) Buchanan of Clarksville, TN; Jeffery Blakeney of Gulfport, Matthew Blakeney of Sandersville, Adam Hedges of Maryville, TN, and Shurman Hill of Heidelberg; great grandchildren, Anna Kat and William Holly of Brandon and Sadie Buchanan of Clarksville, TN; and sister, Alene Williams of Laurel.
