OBITUARY Irandokht Eyvazzadeh November 19, 1921 – October 17, 2018 Irandokht Alexandra Eyvazzadeh passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 17, 2018 at the age of 96 surrounded by her family. She was the daughter of Colonel Faramarz Khan Lissinkoff and Marie Lissinkoff. She was born in Shiraz, Iran and subsequently moved to Tehran.

She trained as a midwife and worked with her husband as a hospital administrator of the Eyvazzadeh Hospital in Tehran, Iran. She was the loving wife of Dr. Johnnie Eyvazzadeh and loving mother to Dr. Emil Eyvazzadeh and his wife Ms. Domarina Eyvazzadeh, Dr. Camille Eyvazzadeh and his wife Ms. Paulette Eyvazzadeh, Dr. Caroline Eyvazzadeh and her husband Dr. Pedro Sanchez, and Mr. Jamil Eyvazzadeh and his wife Ms. Susan Eyvazzadeh. She was the loving grandmother of Dr. Aimee Eyvazzadeh and her husband Dr. Matthew Recktenwald, Dr. Johnica Eyvazzadeh, Dr. Daniel Eyvazzadeh and his wife Dr. Megan Eyvazzadeh, Mr. David Eyvazzadeh, Dr. Peter Eyvazzadeh and his wife Dr. Jane Wieler, Dr. Francisco Sanchez, Mr. Felipe Sanchez, Ms. Alexandra Eyvazzadeh, and Mr. John Paul Eyvazzadeh.

She was the loving great-grandmother of Luke, Matthias, Caroline, and Briana Recktenwald, Robert John and Alessandra Blevins, and Lili, Jolie, Felix, and Elise Eyvazzadeh.
