He was born March 28, 2000 in Frankfort, IN to Jose Mejia and Rebecca Fisher. Surviving are his father, Jose (Nora) Mejia, of Coldwater, MI; mother, Rebecca (Jorge) Arriaga, of Chillicothe; brothers, Jose Mejia, Dacoda Mejia, Jeramiah Arriaga and Royce Arriaga; sisters, Jazmyn Mejia, Mia Mejia, and Rozalee Arriaga; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; maternal grandparents, Ronald and (Della) Fisher, of Chillicothe; Vivian (Paul) Poole of Jackson.

He was predeceased by a brother, Vinclee Arriaga. Isaiah was a 2018 graduate of Chillicothe High School and worked as custodian at JC Penney. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday, January 7, 2019 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Juan Bustos officiating.

Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. prior to the service on Monday. You may sign his online register at www.
