OBITUARY Ismael Jose Cavazos July 12, 1942 – July 28, 2018 Ismael Jose Cavazos, loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother, passed away on July 28, 2018 at the age of 76. He was born on July 12, 1942 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Jose G. and Leonor Cavazos. Ismael will be remembered for always being the pillar of his family and working hard to provide for them even through his retirement years.

Ismael was employed with Church of the Good Shepherd and Lindale Baptist Church for many years. He will be dearly missed by all who loved him. Ismael is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Oscar Rene Cavazos; grandchildren, Antonio Cavazos Jr., Ricardo Don Juan, two baby grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

He is survived by his children, Antonio Cavazos, Maria Don Juan, Jose Carlos Cavazos, Luis Cavazos, Miguel Cavazos, Diamond Cavazos and Christopher Cavazos; 18 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Diana Granados and Esmeralda Cabrera.
