J. Ronald’s Obituary Ronald Jackson, of Hermitage, PA, passed away from a brief illness at 9:30am on March 6, 2019 in UPMC Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. He was 67. On October 16, 1951, Ron was born in Sharon, PA, a son to Flora (Kirkland) and James E. Jackson, both now deceased.

After graduating from Hickory High School in 1970, Ron went on to serve in the Vietnam War as a member of the U. S. Army. He was employed as a commercial truck driver. Ron is survived by a daughter, Ashleigh Jackson, and sons, Sean and Wes Jackson, all of Mayville, MI; a sister, Linda Jones and her husband Lawrence, of Moon Twp.
