Jack Alan Emmons age 78, of Sister Lakes passed away unexpectedly May 11, 2018 at his home. Jack was born on January 13, 1940 the son of Donald and Mary (Carpenter) Emmons. He proudly served in the United States Navy after graduating from high school.

Jack was united in marriage to Nancy Elaine Emmons [Egan] 2-24-1944 to 4-4-2011. They were married for 50 years. He then was united in marriage to Clarice Beers on November 30, 2013 in Paw Paw, MI.

Jack enjoyed riding his motorcycle, fishing and classic cars; fixing them up and showing them at car shows. He had a great sense of humor. Jack loved spending time with his family; especially his grandchildren.

He will be greatly missed. Jack is survived by his loving wife; Clarice, 2 sons; Shawn (Melissa) Emmons and Todd (Jill Nichols) Emmons, grandchildren; Jake, Joseph, Hailey, London and Shane sister; Paula Emmons, step-daughter; Sue (Edward) Maxbauer, step-grandchildren; Cory Udell, Andrea Ohlert, Spencer Hayes, dear friends; Bill and Linda DeLoach and several nieces and nephews. Jack was preceded in death by his parents; daughter; Stephane,2 sisters; Carol and Kay.

In keeping with Jack’s wishes cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life is being planned for a later date.
