Obituary Mr. Jack E. Pergande, age 70, passed away on Friday morning, May 10, 2019 at McLaren Bay Region. The son of the late Frederick and Barbara (Wingfein) Pergande, he was born on February 14, 1949 in Bay City. Jack was a member of the first graduating class of Garber High School in 1967.
