Obituary for Jack Miller Jack Miller, age 68, of Dayton, Ohio, passed away Sunday January 6, 2019 at his home. He was born in Berea , Kentucky on December 29, 1950 to the late Jackson and Dimples (Sparks) Lainhart. He was preceded in death by his brother, Bob Miller.

Jack is survived by his two sons, Nick (Morgan) Miller, Michael (Johanna) Miller; former wife, Donna Miller; six grandchildren, Drake, Stella, Jackson, Henry, Emmitt, Edie; two sisters, Ruth Powell, Anita Jones and brother, Tony Lainhart.
