Jack Reed Frazier, 89, of Whitesburg passed away Monday, March 25, 2019 at his residence in Whitesburg. Jack was the son of the late Fred W. and Dora Sumpter Frazier. Surviving is his wife: Millie Boggs Frazier; 1 daughter: Janet Frazier of Lawrenceburg, KY; 1 brother Clyde Frazier of Tennessee; 1 grandchild: Pam Frohnapfel; 1 great-grandchild: Maddi along with a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Jack was preceded in death by 1 son: Steve Frazier. Funeral 12:00 O’clock noon at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel Thursday, March 28, 2019 with Elwood Cornett and Jim Fields officiating. Visitation 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with services at 7 on Tuesday and Wednesday evening.

Burial will follow in the Lewis Cemetery at Whitesburg, Ky.
