Services are under the direction of Autry Funeral Home Chapel in Jacksonville. He passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2018 in Tyler.

Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife, Diane Medford of Reklaw; son, Jack Medford, Jr. and wife Amy of Frisco; daughters, Sandy Nelson and husband Mike of Alexandria, VA and Lori Trenasty and husband Todd of Austin. His sisters are Faye Irby of Dallas and Patricia Clarke of Irving. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Jack W. Medford, Jr., LBJ Medford, Mike Medford, Jose Nino, Brysen Trenasty, Harold Sheppard, Sandy Nelson and Tommy Medford. Visitation will begin on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 and friends are cordially invited to visit with Jack’s family from 5 to 7 o’clock in the evening at Autry Funeral Home, Jacksonville.
