Obituary of Jack Starr Jack Starr, 75, Summitville, passed away on December 14, 2018, at Community Hospital in Anderson. He was born on October 8, 1943, in Seventy Six, KY, and he married his wife, Shirley Ann Harmon, on March 29, 1974. Jack was a great and passionate man, who was loved and respected by all who knew him.

He had a passion for the open road as a professional driver for 40 years. He continued his passion after retirement by becoming a driving instructor at Maywood Driving School. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Shirley; two sons, Christopher (Kimberly) Starr, Warren, and Bryan (Sue Ann) Starr, Marion; 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; a sister; and the Mendoza family.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers. In accordance with the family’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service for Jack. Arrangements are entrusted to Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave.
