Obituary for Jacob Matthew Craft Jacob Matthew Craft, 24, of Louisville, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, May 30, 2018. He was a 2012 graduate of the Academy for Individual Excellence and a graduate of Empire Beauty School. Jacob was an artist and loved to fish.

He was looking forward to visiting his brother in Alaska for a fishing expedition that they had planned together. He is preceded in death by his “Pops”, Gary Burnett. Jacob is survived by his mother, Marty Renea DeVos; two brothers, Jonathan and Michael Craft; his “Nana”, Debby Day; many aunts, uncles and cousins to include Gale Eckerle and Cindy Ackerman, whom he was very close to.

His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, June 4, 2018 at St. James Catholic Church, 1826 Edenside Avenue, Louisville. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. on Sunday, June 3, 2018 at Ratterman Funeral Home, 3711 Lexington Road, “in St. Matthews”. The family would appreciate donations for funeral expenses in lieu of flowers, in the care of Ratterman Funeral Home.
