Obituary for Ronald J. Schuckmann Ronald J. Schuckmann, 73, of Louisville, passed away at his home on July 15, 2018. He graduated from St. Xavier High School in 1963 and attended Bellarmine College. Ronald was in the Army Reserves, Vice President of Liqui-Dri, a lifetime volunteer at St. Mary’s Center, and an avid fisherman.

He was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church and a former member of St. Bartholomew Catholic Church. One of his greatest joys was entertaining his family and friends at his beach house. Ronald is preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Giles Schuckmann; his sister, Lisa Schuckmann; and his granddaughter, Madeline Schuckmann.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Wanda (Vermillion) Schuckmann; son, Ronald Jason Schuckmann; granddaughter, Shelby Schuckmann; sister-in-law, Vickie Schuckmann; niece, Sarah (Craig) Pierce; nephew, Greg (Karen) Schuckmann. A funeral mass will be held Thursday, July 19, 2018, at 10:00 A.M. at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Pewee Valley. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 18, 2018, from 4-8 P.M. at Ratterman Brothers Funeral Home, 12900 Shelbyville Road, East Louisville.
