Obituary for Mrs. Marilybn Ann Kercher Thomas Marilyn Ann Kercher Thomas, 87, passed away peacefully with family by her side on Friday, July 27, 2018. Marilyn was born to the late Edward and Therese Kercher on August 15, 1930 in Evansville, IN. She was a devout Catholic who was very active in her local Parishes.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Daniel I Thomas Sr, her brother, James Kercher and son-in-law Eugene Borland. She is survived by her nine children, Jim (Kim) Thomas, Nancy (Terry) Walker, Susan Borland, Mary (Vince) Bienek, Cathy (Paul David) Brown, Peggy Draughn, Daniel Thomas Jr., Jeanne (Scott) Kreutzer, Robert (Lesley) Thomas, 17 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at Ascension Catholic Church, 4600 Lynbrook Drive, Louisville.

Burial to follow in Morganfield, KY. Visitation will be held 5-8 p.m., Monday, July 30, 2018 at Rattermans Funeral Home, East Louisville on Shelbyville Road and 10-11 a.m. Tuesday at the church.
