Obituary for R. Marvin Hall R. Marvin Hall, 80, of Louisville, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 06, 2018 at Baptist Health Louisville. He was born March 24, 1938 in Louisville to the late William Roy and Rena Thelda Ford Hall. Marvin worked for National Distillers for over 20 years and was former owner of Hall’s Lawn Care, Inc. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his siblings, Mary Farmer, Grace Mayfield, Barbara Wills, and Albert, Paul, Daniel, John and William Hall.

Marvin is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Shirley Lenz Hall; two sons, Dennis Hall and Roy Hall (Diane Gibson); two daughters, Teresa Parrish and Lorrie Herrmann (Eric); grandchildren, Dillion Parrish (Heather Rapp), Brooke Hall (Taylor Steverson), Anna Hall and Hailey Fante Hall, Tim and Jennifer Herrmann; great-grandson, Bryce Steverson and two sisters, Sudie Foman and Regina Kercheval. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 9, 2018 at Ratterman Funeral Home, 3711 Lexington Road, “in St. Matthews” with burial to follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1-4 p.m. both Saturday, July 7 and Sunday, July 8, 2018 at the funeral home.
