Jacqueline Priscilla (Gullion) Mallernee, age 77, of Mattoon, Illinois, passed away Sunday, April 29, 2018. Jacqueline was born April 26, 1941 to Robert and Eileen (Pestoch) Gullion. She married Jarold Mallernee, he preceded her in death.

Jacqueline was a lifelong member of the Lutheran Church, as well as the Eagles Club and American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed sewing, playing bingo, cooking, and was an avid Cubs fan. She was preceded in death by her husband; two sons: David Mallernee… Read More » and William Mallernee; one daughter: Priscilla Mallernee; and one sister.

She is survived by one daughter: Jeanette Harris of Lafayette, IN; one brother: Robert Gullion of Fort Wayne, IN; one sister: Rosetha Gullion; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. A graveside funeral will be held Wednesday, May 2, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. at Oakland Cemetery.
