James is survived by his wife Dawn, his sister, Jackie (Don) Erickson, his son, Thomas (Yumi) Jones, his daughters, Jennifer (Mike) Trujillo, Heather (Rob) Calahan, his grandchildren, Rebecca Jones, Anthony (Jerrica) McNamee, Ashley (Travis) Hammar, Alexander McNamee, Victoria Trujillo, his many great grandchildren and extended family.

James is preceded in death by his mother Hilda Allison, his father Leroy Jones, and his son David Jones. James was the owner of Cheyenne Furniture Repair and a talented artist. James will be cremated, and a private service will follow.
