Obituary for Jean S. Harris Jean S. Harris, 83, of Cheyenne, died September 13, 2018 in Cheyenne. She was born on November 8, 1934 in Wheatland, Wyoming to Clifford and Zazel Stafford. She graduated from Chugwater High School in 1952.

On June 25, 1955 she married Wayne P. Harris. Jean was mayor of Chugwater for twelve years and was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She is survived by her twin sister, Joan Dayton (Lloyd); sons, Edward Harris (M.A.) and John Harris (Becky); grandchildren, Virginia and Steven; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two brothers; and a sister. Graveside services will be Saturday, 2:00 p.m. at the Chugwater Iowa Flats Cemetery. Please visit her webpage at www.
