James Edward Ware December 16, 1960 – February 26, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers View/Sign Guest Book| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card James Edward Ware, 58, of Lynchburg, was born on December 16, 1960, to the late Charlie Ware Sr. and Vernia McCoy West. He was the stepson of Lawrence (Alice) West. James was a member of First Baptist Church, South Lynchburg.

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 35 years, Deborah Perry Ware; son, James Jamale Ware; daughter, Jasmine Vernia Ware, all of Lynchburg; brother to the children of Mr. Herman and Grace Penn and Mr. Herman and Edna Williams; two loving aunts, Mrs. Doris Ware Jenkins and Mrs. Yvonne T. Ferguson, of Lynchburg; an uncle, John E. McCoy of Mich. , and a host of other relatives and friends. A funeral service will be held 3 p.m. Sunday, March 3, 2019, at Scott Zion Baptist Church.

Interment will be held in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Condolences may be emailed to comfuneral@aol.com.
