James H. Malone, Sr. Plain Dealing, LA Funeral services for Mr. James H. Malone, Sr., age 66, will be held at 2:00 pm, Sunday, March 10, 2019, at the Immanuel Baptist Church, Plain Dealing, LA, with Rev. Walter Holmes and Rev. Deryl Jones officiating.

Interment will follow in Chalybeate Springs Cemetery, Plain Dealing, LA under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home, Plain Dealing, LA. Visitation will be held Saturday, March 9, 2019, from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home in Plain Dealing. Mr. Malone was born on December 31, 1952 to Howard Leon and Martha Elizabeth Langford Malone in Plain Dealing, LA and passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 in Bossier City, LA.

He was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church and was a retired mechanic. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping and will be missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Sharon Stiles Malone; mother, Martha Langford Malone of Plain Dealing; son, James H. Malone, Jr. and wife, Julie of Plain Dealing; daughter, Brandy Peck and husband, Jeremy of Springhill,; two step-daughters, April Boyd of Plain Dealing, Krystle Boyd and husband, Phillip of Plain Dealing; six grandchildren, Weslee Peck, Aiden Peck, Emma-Lee Peck, Braedan Sterling, Allanah Cooper, Elijah Koi Cooper; several great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Sandra Hudson and husband, Mark of Plain Dealing, and Kathy Wilkins and husband, Johnnie of Plain Dealing.
