Obituary for Mr. James Harold Notley Jr James Harold Notley, Jr., 79, of Tallahassee, passed away on December 26, 2018. The son of the late James Harold Notley, Sr. and the late Dorothy Lane Notley, he was born in Yonkers, New York on December 8, 1939. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Jean Notley; and a sister, Carol Notley.

He served his country in the US Air Force and was a computer programmer for both Eastern Airlines and later for Florida State University. Survivors include his children, Kevin (Tracy) Notley, Todd (Andrea) Notley, Debbie (Chip) Caruthers and Lori (Richard) Hurtak; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and one niece. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 29, 2018, at St. Louis Catholic Church, where he was a dedicated parishioner.
