He is survived by his fiancée Nelie Brummett; sisters Peggy and husband Dellno Whitehead and Carol Roark and husband Kenneth; brother Jerry Johnson, Sr. and wife Thelma; nieces and nephews Christy, Kevin, Amie, Kellie, Kenny, Nick and Mariah; many other relatives and friends. James’ request was cremation.
