James Cullen (Ricky Sinnett), age 52, of Millersburg, Ohio passed away Friday, November 9, 2018 at LifeCare Hospice, Wooster, Ohio following a period of declining health. Private services will be held. Those wishing to share a memory or make online condolences may do so by visiting www.

Ricky was a man of many trades. He loved arts and crafts and was an amazing woodworking and matchstick artist. He is survived by his significant other, Dorothy “Dottie” Hickman of Millersburg; two sisters, Betty Fishburn (Raymond Kelly) and Joy Kelly both of Holmesville; and a brother, David Sinnett of Holmesville.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and 2 brothers, Harley Sinnett Jr. and Robert “Denny” Cullen.
