James Roger Snider, 61, of Rockford passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2018. Born October 24, 1956 in Rockford to James W. and Vera (Gipson) Snider. Survivors include mother, Vera Saulsbury; siblings, Carl (Kathie) Snider, Mark (Marty) Snider, Gail (Pat) Hill, Judy (David) Kjederquist; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by father, James; step-father, Calvin; niece, Angela Schaffer; and nephew, John Hill. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Friday, July 20, 2018 in Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory – Roscoe Chapel, 11342 Main Street, Roscoe. Burial in New Hope Cemetery, Haleyville, AL.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
