Janet M. Hayman, age 85, Thursday November 29, 2018. Janet was born November 6, 1933, in Kirkersville, the daughter of the late Robert T. and Julia C (Ramsey) Collins Sr She was a graduate of Kirkersville H.S., Class of 1951.

Janet was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was also an avid long distance bicyclist. A long time member of the Pataskala Church of the Nazarene.

She also attended The Tampa First Church of the Nazarene, Tampa, Florida, while living in central Florida and The Wallingford Church of the Nazarene while living in Connecticut. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Robert T. Collins Jr., sister Ann Stout, granddaughter Aubrey Long, and great grandson Braxton Long. She is survived by her loving family: husband of 64 years Lawrence Hayman, whom she married on November 13, 1954, her children Larry (Patty) Hayman, Vicki (Doug) Foll, Jody (Dave) Grimm, Dawn (Mike) Long, and John (Sarah) Hayman along with 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; brother Warren Collins (Carol) of Etna; sister-in-law Frances Collins (Mrs. Robert); many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 2, 2018, from 4-7 p.m. at the Pataskala Church of the Nazarene, 8100 Hazelton-Etna Rd S.W., Pataskala, Ohio 43062 and again on Monday, December 3 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at 10:00 a.m. in the Pataskala Church of the Nazarene, with Pastor Gary Reiss as celebrant. Burial will follow at Kirkersville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers friends may contribute to the Pataskala Church of the Nazarene or may bring Legos to support Childrens Hospital in memory of Super Braxton.
