Obituary for Janet Ruth Wills (McKinley) Janet Ruth Wills, 77, passed away peacefully on Christmas, December 25, 2018. She retired from the West Virginia Office of Industrial Development, she loved to read and to travel. Janet gave generously to others and will be greatly missed by family and friends.

She was born February 4, 1941, in Cambridge, Ohio, daughter of the late Ernest McKinley and Anna Margaret Davis of Newcomerstown, Ohio. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Forrest E. Wills; sister, Emma Catherine Davis of Newcomerstown, Ohio. Surviving are her son, Henry Nelson of St. Albans and Jeffrey Glenn Harper of Charleston; daughters, Lois Elaine Moles of St. Albans, Nancy Osborne & son-in-law Cody of Charleston; grandchildren, Tracy Pritt of Procious, Aaron Moles of Charleston, Whitney Smith of Elkview, Codi Nicole Osborne of Elkview, and Jacob, Joshua and Jeremy Harper of Charleston; great grandchildren, T.J. Pritt, Ruby Nicole Pritt, Kaysen Brooks, and Addika Nichole Harper.

Service will be 1:00 pm Saturday, Dec. 29, 2018 at the Hafer Funeral Home with Pastor Lee Swor officiating. Visitation will be 11am-1pm Saturday, Dec.
