Bennettsville, SC Janice Miller Kea, 75, passed away Saturday, September 15, 2018 at Scotland Memorial Hospital in Laurinburg, NC. Born in Jenkins, KY, she was a daughter of the late Fred and Margie Ball Miller. Mrs. Janice was a graduate of Jenkins High School in Kentucky.

She was a member of Bennettsville First United Methodist Church. Mrs. Janice was a retired Medical Clerk with Drs. Howell and McAlpine.

She enjoyed her home and yard. She loved her family dearly. She is survived by her husband, Tracy Kea, Jr.; daughter, Mandy Kea (Donnie) of Andrews, SC; sisters, Joan Narramore (Bob) of Jenkins, KY, Juanita Jo Ruth (Rodney) of Elkhorn, KY, Judy Marshall of Loveland, OH; grandchildren, Trey and Jaden; numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents listed above; sister, Jean Hayes; brothers, James Miller, John Miller, Jerry Miller, and Jack Miller. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at Burroughs Funeral Home in Bennettsville, SC. A visitation will be held from 2 until 3 p.m. just prior to the service at Burroughs Funeral Home.

A funeral service will also be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 21, 2018 at Burdine Freewill Baptist Church in Jenkins, KY, burial will follow in the Miller family cemetery. Visitation will be held just prior to the service from 10:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the church. Memorials may be made to the Bennettsville First United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 456, Bennettsville, SC 29512.
