He is survived by his wife: Maria B. Vargas of Mission; two daughters: Olympia del Angel Vargas and Grecia del Angel Vargas of Mission; his father: Juan Enrique Vargas of Reynosa; siblings: Juan Enrique Vargas, Jr., Noelia Vargas, Ana Bertha Vargas, Nicolas Vargas, Virginia Vargas, Jesus Vargas and Graciela Guadalupe Vargas Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at Rivera Funeral Home, 1901 Pecan Blvd.

, McAllen. Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:30 am on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen. Interment will follow at 1:00 pm at Valley Memorial Gardens, 3605 North Taylor Rd.
