Jay Earl Clark, Sr., 81 of North Charleroi, passed away Wednesday February 6, 2019 in Monongahela Valley Hospital. He was born May 6, 1937 in Fallowfield Township, the son of the late Frank E. Clark and Dolly Jacobs Hagerty. He served in the United States Army.

Jay was employed at Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel, Monessen Plant and was a former North Charleroi Streel Commissioner. He was a member of the Centerville American Legion Post 705 and a member of the National Pike, Steam, Gas and Horses Association. Jay is survived by his wife Cececlia “Sis” Simala Clark; his son Jay E. Clark, Jr., and wife Rita of Fallowfield Township; sister Linda Bove of Peters Township; two stepsisters Donna Boulanger of Charleroi and Patti Truskey of Long Branch; a brother William Hagerty and wife Joanne of Omaha, Nebraska; Granddaughter Cassi and two great granddaughter Cececlia Clark and Jay Lee Clark; Also survived by nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents Jay was preceded in death by his sister Barbara Redding and two brothers Gary and Kirby Clark. There will be no public visitation.
