Obituary for JC Koontz JC Koontz, 77, of Kodak, passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2018. He was a member of New Salem Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Mildred “Fay” Koontz; sons, David (Kathy) Koontz, Deano (Sherry) Koontz; daughter, Karen Caldwell; 7 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sister, Wanda Breeden; brother, Mickey (Cindy) Koontz.

Memorial service 7:00 PM Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at Fielden Chapel with Rev. Lee Breeden officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5:00 – 7:00 PM prior to the service at Fielden Funeral Home in New Market.
