Obituary for Troy L. Sitton Troy L. Sitton, age 77 of New Market, passed this life to his heavenly home, Wednesday September 19, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. Leon was a farmer, woodworker, retired from the Zinc Mine after 37 years. Leon enjoyed telling old stories to younger people.

He and his wife loved dancing, one of their favorite past times. He was saved at an early age at Blackwell Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his lovely wife Mildred of 52 years.

His parents; Harvey and Myrtle Sitton. He is survived by his son, Randy ( Betty ) Sitton of Rutledge whom he loved very much. Grandchildren; Jon, David and Ashton of Knoxville , brother; Donald ( Dot ) Sitton of Knoxville, special brother in law; Tommy ( Janie ) Berry of New Market.

Special friend and care-giver, Sue Turley, Host of nieces and nephews. Funeral service 7:00 PM Sunday, September 23, 2018 at Fielden Chapel with Rev. Stacy Lawson officiating.

Interment 10:00 AM Monday, September 24, in Central Points Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5-7 PM prior to the service at Fielden Funeral Home in New Market. In Lieu of flowers the family would like donations made to Central Point Cemetery fund.
