Decatur Graveside Funeral service and interment for Jeannette Rina Perreault Burch, 92, will be Saturday, June 9, 2018 at 10:00 AM in the Hartselle City Cemetery with Father Ray Remke of the Annunciation of the Lord Catholic Church officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Burch died on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at her residence. She was born October 18, 1925 to Omer Perreault and Louise Perreault.

She was born in the small town of St. Ann’s New Brunswick, Canada . She was preceded in death by her parents, and five siblings: Roland, Leo, Henri, and Morris Perreault and sister: Cecilia Perreault Martin, as well as her husband of 68 years, John Lee Burch. Survivors include: Three Daughters: Susan Hill (Randy), JoAnn Linkous and Patsy Siek (Gordon) Nine Grandchildren: Jody Powell Lucas Powell Kate Johnson (Milton) Emily Siek Michael Stalons (Melisse) Sam Stalons (January) Jessie Tunnell (Chris) Nick Hill (Paige) and Ashley Burns (Adam) and a house-full of Great Grandchildren: Grant, Douglas, Haley, Sarah, Lauren, Parker, Jackson, Henry, Connor, Hayden, Luke and Evin “Nette” as she was affectionately called will be remembered for her sweet spirit, a welcoming home, delicious meals (mint cookies), and kindness to others.

She was devoted to her late husband, family, friends, and St Ann’s Church, where she served faithfully for years. Family wishes to thank Hospice of the Valley for their wonderful care. In lieu of flowers: the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of the Valley.
