Jeffery M. Henry, 36, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at I. U. Health University Hospital in Indianapolis. Jeffery was born in Madisonville, Kentucky on May 3, 1982. Jeffery is survived by his mother, Donna Henry of Evansville, IN, father, Patrick Henry of Evansville, IN, brother, Jason Henry (his loving sister-in-law, Heather) of Evansville, IN, grandmother, Nancy Pitchers, Grandparents, Bob and Jean Hill, best friend, Daniel Godby (Juli) and their children,… Read More » his special buddy, Jeremiah Martin and by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

He is also survived by his beloved dog, Rayne. Jeffery was preceded in death by his grandfather, George Henry in 1995. A celebration of Jeff’s life will be held at 4:00 PM, May 21, 2018 at St. Matthews Church, 3007 First Ave, Evansville, IN 47710 with Pastor Tim Judd officiating.

Friends may visit from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm, Monday, May 21, 2018 at St. Matthews Community Church. Memorial contributions may be made to the family for final expenses. Condolences may be made online at www.
