Obituary for Jeffrey Smith Jeffrey L. Smith Lakeland- Jeffrey Smith, passed away Sept. 13, 2018. He is survived by his wife, Kathy Smith.

Born July 15, 1959, in Winter Haven, he was a son of the late Gordon and Ethelene Smith. He was a manager at Publix. Survivors also include his son, Jeffrey (Heather) Smith; brother, Bruce Smith; 2 grandchildren, Molly and Logan Smith.

The family will receive friends Sunday, from 2-4pm at Gentry-Morrison Southside Chapel. A funeral service will be conducted on Monday, Sept. 17th at the funeral home.
