Obituary for Jennie L. Nell Jennie L. Nell, 55, Green Bay, passed away unexpectedly due to natural causes on Wednesday, October 24, 2018. Jennie was born on September 24, 1963, in Green Bay the daughter of the now late Malcolm and Dolores (Phillips) McGillivray. She was a graduate of Green Bay East High School with the class of 1981.
Jennie had worked for many years as a Bus Aide for the Green Bay School District in the Head Start program. She loved children and always gravitated to jobs which involved making a difference, from the Y.W.C.A where she worked in the Day Care and taught swimming, to just watching kids at her home. She loved spending time with friends and family and could always be counted on to make people laugh.
Jennie had a fun and light hearted personality and was such a giver to others and rarely thought of herself. She was a loving mother, grandma, sister, a friend to many and will always be lovingly remembered and sorrowfully missed. Jennie is survived by her 2 children Blake Nell and his close friend Catie, Anna Marie Nell, 1 special granddaughter who was her world Crystal, her siblings Joann Tschida, Patti Denil, Brenda McGillivray, Barbara McGillivray, Shelly Mier, Mike McGillivray, Jerry McGillivray, Donnie McGillivray, Cory McGillivray.
She is further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends and a close friend Victoria Pineda. She was preceded in death by siblings Arlene McGillivray, Jim McGillivray, Dale McGillivray. Gathering of family and friends will be held from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, November 21, 2018, at Living Hope Church in the Bruette Community Room 1840 W. Mason Street.
