Jeremy is survived by his wife Nicole (Sopko) Baker; children Katrina, Jeremiah, Alaina Baker; his father Gary Baker Sr. of Meadville; brothers Mike Mumford of Cochranton, PA and Jason Baker of Kuwait; mother in law Marie Sopko of Clairton; Aunts Rebecca Shoemaker and Amy Garbart. Services for Jeremy will be private. Memorials may be made to the Jeremy R. Baker Family Fund in care of “Go Fund Me”.
