OBITUARY Jermae “Jerry” Fleming September 12, 1936 – December 13, 2018 Jermae “Jerry” Fleming Entered into rest on Thursday, December 13, 2018. She was a member of Ridgewood Baptist Church for more than 40 years and had been attending Eastern Gate Baptist Church in Shepherdsville. Her family was her world.

They brought her the most joy in her life. She had been an avid reader, and was a great seamstress and did needlepoint and crocheting. Jerry was a much loved woman, the epitome of living a Godly life.

Pain was a part of her life, but she kept going on as best as she could. Her example is something for all of us to emulate. Mrs. Fleming was preceded in death by her brother, Mickey Arnold.

She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Donald “Don” Fleming, Sr.; four children, Pam Gardner (Ronnie), Donald “Donnie” Fleming, Jr. (Donna), Michelle Denkhoff (Rick), and Shannon Hamilton (Joe); eight grandchildren, Chris Gardner, Courtney Ballman, Tara, Chad and Kyle Denkhoff, Ann Fleming, Max and Peri Hamilton; and seven great-grandchildren, Corey, Taylor, Jenna, Braxton, Evan, Bella and Alexa. Her funeral will be on Monday at 1pm at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway, with entombment following in Bethany Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be on Sunday from 2pm until 8pm and Monday from 10am until the time of service.
