Jerry J. Rebecca, 84, of Rockford, passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Mercy Health Hospital. Born September 21, 1933, the son of Nicholas & Martha M. (Rotello) Rebecca. Graduated from Rockford West High School, class of 1951 where he lettered in baseball, basketball and football for 3 years.

Jerry owned Rebecca Tile Company for over 50 years. He left his craftsmanship all over Northern Illinois and Arizona. Survivors include wife, Judy; children Michael, Nicholas, Albert and Jim Rebecca, Theresa (Jerry Hull) Russo, Diane Navickis, and Judy’s son Scott Jacobs; grandchildren, Jennifer, Noah (Kimmi), and Nathan (Melissa)Russo, Alec and Austin Navickis; 9 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Predeceased by parents, brother, Sammy Rebecca; grandson Aaron Russo; son in law, Al Navickis. Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. , Rockford, IL 61108.

Visitation from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday. Burial at Arlington Memorial Park. Arrangements by Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory.
