She was a resident of Rock Springs, Wyoming for 23 years and is a former resident of Juneau, Alaska. Ms. Luckenbihl was born on April 2, 1990 in Rock Springs, Wyoming, the daughter of Lawrence Schaufler and Cherann Bradbury.

She was later adopted by Ronald Steven Luckenbihl. Jessica attended schools in Rock Springs, Wyoming and was a 2008 graduate of the Juneau-Douglas High School. She also attended the University of Alaska Southeast for two years.

Ms. Luckenbihl worked in the food and beverage industry at many different locations. Jessica enjoyed singing, song writing, painting rocks, spending time at the cabin in Hoback Ranches, art, and culinary arts; both consuming and preparing. Survivors include her parents; Cheri Schaufler and husband Lawrence of Denver, Colorado, Ronald Luckenbihl, of Douglas, Wyoming, companion; Cody Brenden of Rock Springs, Wyoming, one son; Donovan Schaufler of Denver, Colorado, one brother; Johnathan Randall of Denver, Colorado, two sisters; Valarie Luckenbihl of Rock Springs, Wyoming, Shannon Dukowitz and husband Adam of Juneau, Alaska, paternal grandparents; Marilyn Schaufler of San Diego, California, Jonathan Winchester of Juneau, Alaska, maternal grandparents; Cherann Bradbury and husband Jess of Rock Springs, Wyoming, great great-grandma; Pat Miller, several aunts including; Terri Winchester, Elizabeth Fennell, Chris Montgomery, several uncles including; Aaron Winchester, Neil Fennel, Scott Luckenbihl, several cousins including; Jeremiah, Brett, Nick, Tristin, and several nieces and nephews; Tori, Gavin, Lexi, Vivi, Ocean, Evie, and Henry.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents; Prudence Peterson and Ronald DeCesere, great-grandparents, Henry and Bernice Likwartz, great-grandma, Dorothy Headd, two great uncles; Henry J. Likwartz, and David Deller. The family of Jessica Luckenbihl respectfully suggests that donations in her memory be made to the Jessica Luckenbihl Memorial Fund, in care of Wells Fargo, 1400 Dewar Drive, Rock Springs, Wyoming 82901. Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, March 7, 2019 at the First Congregational Church, 1275 Adams Avenue, Rock Springs, Wyoming 82901.
