Obituary for Jessie Nadean Londagin Jessie Nadean Londagin, 93, of Decatur, Arkansas, our precious mother, relative, and friend, went home to be with our Lord on September 25, 2018. She was born on March 24, 1925 in Decatur, Arkansas to Ralph Luther Austin and Tempie Margaret Josephine Wilmoth Austin. She was a homemaker while also raising chickens for many years.
Later, she went to work in the Peterson Processing Plant in Decatur until her retirement. She loved her family and friends with all her heart. Nadean also enjoyed singing, sewing, crocheting, music and dancing.
She never met a stranger and was a jolly person. Nadean was a wonderful mother and homemaker to her children, their spouses, and her grandchildren. Nadean married Jimmie Russow on February 10, 1945 and they were married 25 years until his passing on November 5, 1970.
She remarried on November 17, 1973 to Gilbert Verne Londagin and they enjoyed 20 years of marriage until his passing on April 7, 1994. Nadean was also preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Tempie Austin; two brothers, Emmett Austin and Dick Austin; two sisters, Clarice Manos and Ella Truhune. She is survived by a daughter, Connie Lashley and husband Dave of Decatur; son, Jimmy Dale Russow and wife Sharon Sue of Decatur; three grandsons, Jimmie Lashley and wife Angela of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, Jason Lashley, and Cody Russow of Decatur; granddaughter, Gina Reeves and husband Mark of California; six great grandsons, Spencer, Brendan, Jaxon, Bretley, Nathan, and T.W.; two great granddaughters, Georgia and Skylar; her two faithful companions, Lady and Molly (her dogs); and numerous nephews, nieces, and friends.
Pallbearers for the service will be Jimmie Lashley, Jason Lashley, Cody Russow, Spencer Lashley, Brendan Lashley, and Robert L. Austin. Honorary Pallbearers will be Gina Reeves, Georgia Lashley, and Jaxon Lashley. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs with Mr. Bob Tharp officiating.
