Survived by sons, Jimmy Rush (fiancée Kim), Derrick Rush, and Casey Rush (fiancée Devan); brothers, Richard (Judy) Rush and Steven Rush; ex-wife, Roberta Rush; grandchildren, Blake, Kierstin, Sarah, Emily, and Saphira; great-grandson, Ezekiel; and many nieces and nephews.
